Using Health Savings Account (HSA) to pay for your treatment
If massage therapy is recommended by a physician to treat a specific injury or trauma, then it would qualify with a letter of medical necessity. Note that costs of a massage to improve general health do not qualify as an eligible HSA expense.
If you book an appointment
Keep in mind your appointment is made especially for you. Please observe the 24 hour cancellation policy for all appointments. Any missed appointments or late cancellations will be charged the full fee.
All your information and records are kept confidential and secure. Anything discussed between yourself and the therapist will remain in confidence.
It is not the scope of a massage practitioner to diagnose, prescribe or cure any illness or injury. It is encouraged to see a physician for such diagnosis. Inform me of any pertinent medical history and make sure to inform me of any medication you are taking.
Your feedback is important in controlling the pressure of the massage for your comfort and well-being. It is your responsibility in any bodywork session to communicate your needs regarding quality of touch.
This office is a fragrance free environment. Please arrive to your appointment clean and free of any scented oils, perfumes, or perfumed deodorants.
Access: The building does not have disabled access. If you have a condition that limits your ability to negotiate stairs on foot, I am happy to refer you to another trusted practitioner.
